1) Buyers who back out after receiving the confirmation email will be labeled as dead-buyer regardless of reason. All dead-buyers will lose priority in future orders.
2) Snapshot of receipt for ATM transfer is a must.
3) Once payment for the order is made, there will be no exchange to other color/design even if it is still available.
4) Dulcie Cherie will check and ensure that the item is in good condition before mailing out so there will be no exchange unless wrong item is received.
5) Due to mass manufacturing processes, measurements may vary from 0.5"-1" which are not deem as defective pieces, so no exchange will be entertained.
6) Measurements are stated accordingly, so no exchange will be allowed if buyers were to order a wrong size due to wrong judgement.
7) The color of the item may vary slightly from the featured image due to strong studio lighting or individual computer screen resolutions.
8) Normal mail is non-insured and customers are to bear the risk of lost parcels. Dulcie Cherie will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels sent via normal mail. Therefore, registered mail is encouraged.
9) All prices stated are inclusive of normal mail. Please add another $2.50 per parcel for registered mail.
